People deserve to know where their food comes from, and where their beer comes from, too. These days you really need to go Organic to be sure that your beer doesn't contain genetically modified wheat. You could just go European, as GMO's are not allowed in Europe, but you'd be overlooking some incredible beers produced by hard-working folks right around the corner.

A good batch of beer is hard work- at least that's the way it used to be. Beer is much more delicious when you know the effort that went into your batch, or better yet, when you've brewed it yourself.
